This is how you do a swap(exchange currency with another user on the platform)

1. DOWNLOAD SWAPBILLS
Go to the appstore on your phone, download SwapBills, and create an account. Your identity will always be hidden from other users.

2. CREATE A LISTING
Post a listing on the platform using the app so other users can either
a. post counter-rates for you to consider or
b. accept to swap with you at your rate.

3. WAIT FOR YOUR MONEY
Once your listing has been accepted, a customer service personnel would contact you for information on how to deliver the money to you. All swappers on the platform are insured against any loss of their money during the swap process.
